These clients commissioned us to remodel and expand their 1920s home, including a secondary addition with a new family room and guest space, as well as a pool, cabana bar, and garage apartment.
The home’s British West Indies influence was preserved while incorporating fresh, contemporary details and a refined classical style that complements the clients’ art collection. Comfortable campaign-style furnishings with English accents helped create a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere.
The project encompassed kitchen and bar design, all new finishes, a redesigned fireplace and stairwell, bathrooms, bedrooms, sitting areas, and new entertaining spaces throughout the addition. We collaborated closely with the architects and landscape architect to create a private, inviting environment that feels rich, layered, and comfortably lived-in.
