Our studio has called Jacksonville Beach home for years, with Neptune Beach just next door, and there is something special about designing in the community where we work every day. We know these streets, this light, and the way life at the beach actually feels, from the walkable blocks of Neptune Beach to the ocean side of Jacksonville Beach, and that familiarity finds its way into every home we design here.
Living this close to the ocean asks for interiors that can hold both elegance and ease. Salt air, humidity, sand, and strong coastal light all shape our choices, from performance fabrics and durable finishes to layered window treatments that soften the glare without giving up the view. We design for the climate first, so a beaches home stays as beautiful in year ten as it was on installation day.
