This new home was designed for a fun-loving family with teenagers and pets. The client was down-sizing from a huge Mediterranean home and requested an all new, coastal casual, durable practical, cheerful home with happy colors.
They requested maximum seating in all areas with bullet-proof and/or washable fabrics. We worked hard to create drama with color blocking and introducing organic natural elements of bronze, glass, open wood grains, wood beams, zinc table tops, etc.
The clients are very sentimental and wanted to incorporate some special art pieces they already had to combine with the new design concept. We provided full selections and cabinetry design, finishes, lighting, hardware, plumbing, etc. into a complete specification package with interior design drawings.
The client requested extra accommodations for frequent guests. We created two different suites with two bed, hotel-like accommodations that work wonderfully for families visiting.
