The home pairs the timeless character of classic coastal architecture with a fresh, youthful sensibility designed for the way this family lives.
Expansive windows frame dramatic views of the Atlantic, while beautifully detailed millwork creates a sense of warmth and permanence throughout the two-story residence. Extensive paneling, pecky cypress, and richly crafted woodwork bring texture and depth to the interiors, balanced by playful moments such as a custom pink laundry room with a classic checkerboard floor.
The craftsmanship continues outdoors with a beautifully appointed pool house and garage apartment, wrapped in wood-clad paneling and designed to feel like a natural extension of the main residence. Throughout the home, custom Caoba wood doors from Guatemala, sourced through Fenblik, add another layer of exceptional craftsmanship and character.
Where possible, elements of the original home that once occupied the property are being thoughtfully salvaged and incorporated into the new residence, creating a meaningful connection between what was and what is becoming.
