Ponte Vedra Beach has been at the heart of our practice since the beginning. It is where we have designed some of our most personal projects, from oceanfront new construction to full-home renovations, each one shaped around the family who lives there. We believe great design balances a person’s wants and needs in a way that is both inviting and inspiring, and never with a one size fits all approach.
Designing on this stretch of coast asks for a particular kind of experience. The light off the ocean is bright and always changing, and the salt air, humidity, and sun are hard on a home that was not planned for them. Over three decades here, we have learned to design for the climate first, choosing materials and finishes that live beautifully by the water, so a Ponte Vedra Beach home still feels effortless years after it is finished.

We provide comprehensive luxury interior design, from early space planning alongside your architect and builder through finishes, furnishings, and installation. Our Ponte Vedra Beach work includes new custom homes, full renovations, and select kitchen and bath projects when a licensed general contractor oversees the construction.
We do, and it is much of what we love. Designing on the water requires planning for salt air, humidity, glare, and intense coastal light from the very beginning, choosing materials and finishes that stay beautiful for years. Our studio is based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, just minutes from Ponte Vedra Beach, and we serve Ponte Vedra Beach, Atlantic Beach, Amelia Island, and the surrounding beaches.
